Utilizing multiple high-end imaging platforms, custom software and high quality hardware the CATPRO 6000 D/HD can look at, under, through, around and print on your parts. It will detect defects and features from plugs, cracks, chips and gouges to contour, perpendicularity, and cell density, at rates of up to 360 parts per hour.
The value doesn’t stop at inspection. With an integrated SQL data base and data management options, the information gathered is available for immediate or future reference. By storing all of the data gathered on every part the CATPRO 6000 D/HD is a repository for part information and provides a convenient, effortless method for tracking parts and part quality.
